What is INI CET Exam?
INI CET is a smaller version of the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test. It is a national-level entrance exam taken by AIIMS Delhi. INI CET happens twice a year in the month of January and July. With this test candidates get admission to MD, MS, DM, MDS, and MCH as the INI CET will now be taken replacing PGIMER, JIPMER PG, NIMHANS Entrance Test, and AIIMS PG.
Eligibility for INI CET 2021
Before applying for any examination, the candidate must fulfill the eligibility criteria for the respected exam. If somehow the candidate unable to fulfill the criteria, then he/she will not eligible for the exam. Let’s have a look at the Eligibility for INI CET 2021:
- The candidate must have an MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or Dental Council of India (DCI)
- Applicant ought to have finished one year of rotary internship with the certificate.
- General category candidates should have gained a minimum of 55% aggregate in MBBS, whereas SC/ST category candidates must have an aggregate of 50%.
- Foreign National Candidates should gain the certificate of grading system from their Institute/University to determine the value of grading in percentage to be produced.
There is no age limit nor any limits on the number of attempts for the applicants.
INI CET Entrance Exam 2021 Fees
The exam fee for General/Other Backward Cast applicants is Rs.1500.
Exam fee for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe i.e. SC/ST cast applicant is Rs.1200
Orthopedically physically handicapped applicants are exempted from the payment of application fees.
