What is Sleep Paralysis? 

Are you feeling like someone is touching you while sleeping? Let us tell you what is this exactly means? It is nothing but a temporary inability to move the body or speak while falling asleep or waking. It most often occurs in people who have narcolepsy or sleep apnea, but it can affect anyone.

During this situation, you may be unable to move or speak for a few seconds up to a few minutes. But some people can also feel pressure or a sense of choking.

To reduce its risk, and have plenty of sleep, should be at least eight hours per night. This is the best sleep paralysis treatment.

Enhance your sleep habits that are making sure you get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night.

Reduce intake of alcohol and caffeine in the evening. Keep your bed comfortable with a mattress and pillow.
